He explains the timeline of the project both construction and operation period. The new airport is planned as a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) Project. Then he give insights for member companies of consortium and their obligations to governmental bodies. He highlights the importance of master planning and how New Airport master plan has been prepared. He also shows some examples of new innovational techniques and technologies that they are planning to implement. She used mainly international examples of each option and described the main expansion and traffic hub issues. For instance, whether to close or to keep existing airports. The optimal airport ownership structure for Istanbul case was compared with the London case. Critical points to achieve high quality of service as for instance the passenger experience and staff attitude. The round table was completed with the skills and training necessary for the airport sector.
